He is survived by: his mother Emily Miedema; his children, Ryan Miedema (Maryjane), Jodi Juzwik (Josh) and Jami Mickam (Rob); his grandchildren, Starr Fedij (Ethan), Alexander Fang and Alyssa Miedema; his great grandchildren, Clifford Fedij and Maryjane Fedij; and his caregiver Barb LaTour.
Jack Arlon Miedema, age 75, of Grandville, Michigan, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on October 20, 2025, after a courageous battle with Parkinson's and cancer.
