He was predeceased by : his grandfather Wright; and his sister Nikki Darnell. He is survived by : his wife Crystal Headley; his daughter Bree; his son-in-law Vince McGinnis; his daughters, Julie McGinnis and Cam; his granddaughters, Eva, Cora and Yazzy; his daughter-in-law Carolin; his son Zach Headley; his mother Bev Clark; his brother Randy; his father Mike Duis; his siblings, Joe, Eric, Keith, Jodee and Michael; his sister-in-law Laura Cameron; his sister Rachel Cameron; and his aunts, Becky, Cheryl and Renie. He is also survived by numerous sons, daughters, other grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
