It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Veldman (Grandville, Michigan), born in Sioux Center, Iowa, who passed away on April 24, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Gracia Ann Veldman (Schreur); his children, Curt (Lori Veldman), Mary (Bret Hoxworth), Sue (Craig Wiker) and Ann (Kevin McPherson); his grandchildren, Jeff, Danielle Veldman, Emily, Jon Kuiper, Rick Veldman, Megan, Jordan Newhof, Maria, Randy Dobbertein, Daryn Armstrong, Melissa, Kevin Korstange, Devon Armstrong, Damon Armstrong, Miranda Armstrong, Cole Wiker, Samantha Wiker, Chase Wiker, Josh, Whitney Samuels, Jacob McPherson and James McPherson; and his siblings, Everett, Joanne Veldman, Laurie Deters, Dan Veldman and Rick Veldman. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
