She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lambe; her son Ian Beltz; and her mother Barbara Kooistra. She is survived by: her father Ralph Kooistra Sr.; her siblings, Ralph Jr. (Laurie Kooistra), Monda (Mark Wyma), Tasha (Mark Postma) and Caroline (Kevin Timmer); and her grandchildren, Emily Beltz, Elijah Beltz and Silas Stanford. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
