He is survived by: his parents, Raiven Penning and Nicolas Jordan; his sister Iyla; his grandparents, Kristin, Robert Cooper and Lisa Meeks; his great-grandparents, Sandra Meeks, Andrea Ronau and Terry Burgess; his aunts, Sara Pena (Ventura), Ashley, Michelle, Sydney and Trinity; his cousin Malaya; and his pet Willie. He is also survived by relatives and family.

In memory of Noah and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.
