He was predeceased by: his former wife Leah. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Lynn (John Carlson), Myra (Steve Burke), Tom (Lisa Venhuizen), Jeff (Mary Venhuizen), Jim (Jocelyn Venhuizen), Terry (Carla Venhuizen) and Joy (Joe Estelle); his brother Marvin Dice; and his siblings-in-law, Jim and Darlene Oudbier. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
