He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Johnson and Emma Johnson; his parents-in-law, Thomas Wines and Catherine Keeler (Jack Keeler); his sister Geri; his brothers-in-law, Jim Jansma and Tom Wines; his daughter-in-law Carol Johnson; and his grandsons, Matthew Johnson and Samuel Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Sally; and his children, Mike Johnson, Pat Johnson (Denise), Dan Johnson (Kelly), Kathie Burke (Bill), Terry Johnson (Julie), Rob Johnson (Lynne), Andy Johnson (Sue), Meg Welch (Mike) and Jennie Tallon (Brent). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren (plus one on the way); sister-in-law.
