He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Kruis and Johanna Kruis. He is survived by : his wife Colleen Kruis; his sons, Andrew Kruis and Jason Kruis; and his siblings, Mary Jo (Dennis Schaaf), Esther (Scott Brower), Jim Kruis and Dave (Pam Kruis). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
