With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Michael Bartosiewicz (Grandville, Michigan), who passed away on May 6, 2022 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl Bartosiewicz; and his brother-in-law Bill Whalen. He is survived by: his wife Caroline "Katina" Bartosiewicz; his father Edwin Bartosiewicz; his children, Chris Bartosiewicz (Amber), Amanda Bartosiewicz and Andrew Bartosiewicz; his stepdaughters, Kendra and Makenna Nienhuis; his grandchildren, Bailey, Caleb and Ellowyn; his sister Therese Whalen; his parents-in-law, Tom and Katie Kusmierski; his brother TJ; his sister-in-law Joann Kusmierski; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremiah, Noah, Emma and Alivia.

In lieu of flowers and in memory of Tom, contributions may be made to the PKD Foundation.
