She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gerard and Doris Gerard; and her siblings, Don, Allen, Vernon and Ann VanderKuyl.

She is survived by: her husband Harvey; and her children, John Breen (Karen), Timothy Breen (Janet), Sharon Bakos (Randy), Merrilynne Gerth (Kevin), Terry Breen (Mary), Jodi Ferguson (Dean) and Robb Breen (Pegg). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
