He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Goltz and Jeanice Marlene Goltz (Carpenter); his former wife Kathy Goltz; his stepdaughter Crystal Heavlin; his brothers-in-law, Phillip Georghiou and David Bush; and his uncle Chuck Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Goltz; his children, Maryann Decker (Keipher "KJ") and Keith Gordon Goltz (Laura); his stepdaughter Megan Parr; his grandchildren, Devon Cole, Whitney Decker, Hailey Smith (Derrick), Keith Goltz Jr., Abigail Goltz and Kaylee Goltz; his stepgrandchildren, Alyson Swigart and Samantha Swigart; his great grandchildren, Lily Wimmer and Emily Smith; his siblings, Cheryl Andersen (Bruce), Barry Goltz (Maureen) and Marlene Turner (Michael); his sisters-in-law, Rachel Georghiou and Kimberly Lamm; and his close friend Scott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
