He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce E. Langworthy and Lilah B. Langworthy (VanAlstine); his wife Edna L. Johnson; and his grandson Michael. He is survived by: his close friend Rich Newill; his pet Lady; his close friends, William and Marcia Pratt; his children, Foy, Margie, Lila Zill, Melvin Langworthy, Leroy Langworthy (Helen), Laurie Runnels (Todd) and Richard Langworthy (Stacie); his brother Norman Langworthy; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara and Donna Langworthy. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
