With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Jordan Hannah of Grant, Michigan, who passed away on April 17, 2022 at the age of 34. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Hannah and Denise Hannah (Dudzinski); his siblings, Leighann Kohl (Stuart), David Hannah (Kim) and Daniel Hannah (Kym); his nephews, Dallas, Owen, Ben, Sam, Gavin and Logan; his niece Hayden; and his godparents, Norman and Karen Caramagno. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Newaygo County Animal Shelter are appreciated.
