He was predeceased by : his parents, John Geers and Esther Geers (Roeters); and his brothers-in-law, Dave Ouwinga and Gary Cisler. He is survived by : his siblings, Ruth Ouwinga of Grant, Bob Geers (Linda) of Kent City and Mary Cisler of Comstock Park; and his close friends, Cal and Angie Scholtens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
