He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Allan Echtinaw and Helen Marie Echtinaw (Rey). He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Hillard; his children, Jeremiah Jay Echtinaw (Melissa), Brandi Cross and Shandel Farmer; and his sisters, Wendy Echtinaw and Donna Sanders.
