With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Violet Linda Lou Simons (Grant, Michigan), who passed away on November 15, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Heagle and Lurli McGahan; her former husband Kenneth Simons; and her husband Leo Simons (Sonny). She is survived by: her children, Kenneth (Judy), Doug (Karen), Randy (Becky), Russell (Janet) and Fred Simons; and her in-laws, Allen, Evelyn Simons, Dennis, Deb Simons and Linda Simons. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to offer expressions of sympathy are encouraged to make memorial contributions to Corewell Health Hospice or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
