He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Palmer and Helen Palmer (Pipleo); his sister Peg; and his granddaughter Lauren Sherwood. He is survived by: his wife Jeri; his children, Brian Palmer, Trent Palmer and Becky Palmer; his stepsons, Rich Kempker (Tina) and Michael Kempker (MaryAnn); and his brother Joe Palmer. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
