He is survived by: his wife Kay Frances Sweeney; his children, Jerry Sweeney Jr. (Barbara), Shari Boyce (Dave), Lori Donaldson, Tony Sweeney and Tamika Lagow (Kyle); his siblings, Lynn, Mike and Rick; and his grandchildren, Mandy Treacey (Joe), Sean, Parker, Austin Boyce (Carla), Joshua, Jordan, Kaylei Donaldson, Zoee and Kylinn Lagow. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
