She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Schlee and Isabelle Schlee (Pearson); her sister Shirley Rhodes (Don); her former husband Edwin Prong; and her grandson Eric Olds.
She is survived by: her husband John Strunk; her children, Keith Prong, David Prong (Linda Keway) and Nancy Mercier (Bruce); her stepchildren, Martha Meyer (Larry), Luke Strunk (Wendy), Philip Strunk (Stacey), Emily Micconnell (Mark) and Sarah Biddle (Guy); her grandchildren, Jeremy, Holly, Jessica, Lauren, Megan Adele and Mckenzie; and her great grandchildren, Josie, Avery, Addison, Noah, Liam, Owen, Benjamin and Stella. She is also survived by step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
While Gwen loved flowers (which John gifted her daily), Gwen would instead love for memorial contributions to either be given to the Redeemer Lutheran Church Youth Group, a gofundme for Gwen's great-grandson, Owen (https://www.gofundme.com.), or Dolly's Imagination Library.
