She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Czachorski and Marvel Czachorski (Henderson); her former husband Patrick Basile; her husband Thomas Alexander; her daughter Kimberly Basile; and her siblings, Donald Chandler and Shirley Gain.
She is survived by: her son Raymond Basile; her daughter-in-law Janice of Grayling; and her grandchildren, Colleen Glon (John), Jeffrey Hendricks (Misty) and Jennifer French (Bruce). She is also survived by nine great-granchildren.
