He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Mullins and Emma Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Justine Mullins; his children, Dave Mullins (Morgan), Bobby Mullins (Chelsea) and Amanda Nelson; his stepsons, Arthur Koschke (Erin) and Matt Koschke (Becky); his siblings, Rick Mullins (Anne) and Mary Clifton (Keith); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer McCarty (Steven), Caidy Clifton, Matt Mullins (Katherine) and Ben Clifton (Ashley); and his granddaughters, Lillianne, Gabrielle, Anabelle, Chloe and Emma.
