He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Karen Burnett; his sons, Scott Hancock (Ronnee), Douglas Burnett, Jr. (Kate) and James Burnett (Lydia); his siblings, Janet Burnett and Rod Burnett (Denise); his grandchildren, Erin Brown (Mike), Mariah Burnett (Trenton Gabriel), Kaitlyn Burnett (Merik Hodgins), Quinn Burnett and Joleen Burnett; and his great grandchildren, Greyson Brown, Colt Brown and Harper Brown.
