With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Duane Nimke of Grayling, Michigan, born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, who passed away on November 6, 2023 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Duane Nimke to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, C. Julius Nimke and Florence Irene Nimke (Brown); and his siblings, James Nimke, Jean Shrope and Phyllis Peters.

He is survived by : his wife Jo Nimke of Grayling, MI; his children, Robert C. Nimke (Michelle) of Higgins Lake, MI and Christina M. Nimke of Grayling, MI; his grandchildren, Alex James "AJ" Brackenbury, Collin Nimke (Jazmyn), Laura Wolcott (Zach), Peyton Nimke and Hunter Ventline; and his great grandchildren, Amelia Gracelynn Nimke and Gabriella Ann Nimke.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Duane to St Mary Catholic Church.
