She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Slusher; her great-niece Tina McPeck; her siblings, Clint and Evelyn; James Schuster.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Copenhaver of Gaylord, MI, Tammy Doetsch (Scott) and Mark Schuster (Elizabeth) of Waterford, MI; her grandchildren, Mark Carpenter Jr., William Carpenter, Deanna Carpenter, Chance Thompson, Angel Copenhaver (Autumn), Isaac Copenhaver (DeannaMarie), Thelia Schuster and Miracle Doetsch; her great grandchildren, Logan, Skyler, Katie, Ranger, River, Axle, Brayden, Amir, Conner and Briley; and her niece Judy Carver. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sorenson Lockwood Funeral Home, Inc. (1108 W North Down River Rd, Grayling, MI 49738). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (903 W North Down River Rd, Grayling, MI 49738).
