He was predeceased by: his mother Leota Barnett; and his wife Donna Barnett. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Barnett (Sharon), Brian Barnett (Patti) and Kevin Barnett; and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Aaron, Lee, Chase, Brock, David and Joey. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Pastor Barnett can be made to Calvary Baptist Church.
