He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kolka and Clayo Kolka (Purvis); his sons, Joel Kolka and Mark Kolka; and his siblings, Joseph Kolka, Lorraine Higgins, Jim Kolka, Alvin Kolka, Maxine Papendick, Jackie Worden, Lolly Leslie and Puff Denton.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Kolka; his children, Jeffery Kolka, Scott Kolka (Amy), Jacqueline Kolka and Ted Kolka Jr.; his grandchildren, Andrea, Michelle, Adam, Joelissa, Jillian, Naomi, Theo and Noah; his sister Shirley Devine; and his brother-in-law Gary Leslie. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
