He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Tate and Cecile Tate (LeFebvre); his wife Dorothy Fay; and his brother Patrick Tate. He is survived by: his children, Terry Tate (Shelley), Sandy Lewicki (Stan) and Tom Tate (Sonia). He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 21 Great-Grandchildren; 6 Great-Great Grandchildren.
