He was predeceased by: his parents, David Saari and Colleen Saari (O'Connell) of Winona; his uncles, Robert Saari, Ken Saari, Ron Saari, Garry Short and Tom O'Connell; his cousins, Garry Lee Short, Tanya O'Connell and Jeff Saari; and his close friend John Short.
He is survived by: his son Logan Saari of Green Bay.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (32840 M-26, Toivola, MI 49965).
