He was predeceased by: his mother Margie Higgins; his father-in-law William Stephens; his former wife Kay Higgins; his uncle Roger Holm; and his aunt Darlene.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his father Thomas Higgins (Sandy); his sister Kristi Gustafson; his brother-in-law Jeff Stephens; his stepsiblings, Kurt Beck (Cindy), Lorrie Helde (Gary) and Lisa Campell (Tom); and his aunt Delores Holm. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
