He is survived by : his wife Carol McMullen; his children, Danielle Quinn (Charlie), Timothy McMullen (Jennifer), Nicky Hagen and Bret McMullen (Brandy); his stepson Wade Myers (Stephanie); his brother Patrick McMullen; and also, Marge Smith (Mike Kapellar), Marie VanOrder (Tom), Jim Smith (Kathy), Jerry Smith (Marianne), Sue Smith, Marilyn Snider, Barb Kadwell and Doug Smith (Linda).
