Janet Elaine Carpenter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Elaine Carpenter of Greenville, Michigan, who passed away on January 11, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Ward and Bernetta Ward (Gharst); her husband Richard; and her son David Carpenter. She is survived by: her children, Christi Ritter (John) and Brian Carpenter (Linda Leroux); her grandchildren, Mitchell Stressman (Rachelle), Sarah Dickinson (Brandyn) and Joshua Carpenter (Stephanie Kelsey); and her great grandchildren, Parker Rickert, William Dickinson, Wyatt Dickinson and Cayde Stressman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
