He was predeceased by: his brother Woody G. Bolen; his grandparents, Grandpa Bolen (Grandma Bolen) and Grandpa Loomis (Grandma Loomis); his aunt Nancy Heldrop; and his uncles, John Bolen and Bob Bolen.
He is survived by: his parents, Woody Bolen and Carolyn Bolen (Loomis); his wife Dawn Bolen (Carpenter); his children, Gabriel Bolen of Greenville, Nichole Bolen of Greenville, Zachariah and Taylor Bolen of Crosby; his grandchildren, Chaynce, GraiceLynn, Diesel, Harley, OakLynn, Nova and Stormi; and his brothers, Michael Bolen, Sr. (Aimee Arcand), Stephen (Mandy Bolen), Fred (Tara Bolen) and Matthew (Mykalia Bolen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
