He is survived by: his significant other Patty; his children, Carrie Harkness (Tyler) of Edmore and Joe Saur (Tami) of Haslett; his grandchildren, Gage Harkness (Johannah), Taylor Harkness, Leigha Saur and Ellie Saur; and his siblings, Thomas Saur of Dearborn, Calvin Saur (Wendy) of Bonita Springs, FL, Mark Saur (Dutch) of Delton and Mary Bayer of Ada. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with innumerable friends.
Memorial contributions in his honor may be given to the Diabetes Foundation or the Greenville Lions Club for sight and hearing assistance for area families in need.
