Michael J Bracey wrote a sympathy message

“I've only known Norm since 2016. From some of the stories he told me, I would say he had mellowed out quite a bit from his younger days. I can tell you he loved his wife Sue, and missed her terribly. He also loved his family, especially his grand children and great-grand children. He also had fond memories of growing up in Pennsylvania. He would say "You can take the boy out of the mountains, but you can't take the mountains out of the boy" He will be sorely missed. Mike B”
