He is survived by: his wife Brooke Brown Tetzlaff; his son Bryan Scott Wayne Tetzlaff; his brother-in-law Brian Brown (Becki); his nephews, Braydon Brown (Mandy) and Barak Brown; and his cousins, Charlotte Hoekstra (Ken), Shelly Hilliker (Dennis), Garth Tetzlaff (Judy), Amanda Hewitt, Kristian Essenberg, Tabitha Opdycke, Jordyn Hoffmaster, Nathan Hoekstra, Kyle Hoekstra, Wayne Hoekstra (Patty), Kraig Hoekstra (Lisa), Sherri Banas (Joe), Ken Jr. Hoekstra (Dawn) and Kevin Hoekstra.
