He is survived by: his children, Steve Kemp of Greenville, Jenny (Scott Burnham) and Charley (Denise Kemp); his daughter-in-law Erin Kemp; his grandchildren, Annie Kemp, Will Kemp, Isabelle Burnham, Amelia Burnham, Evelyn Kemp and Adeline Kemp; and his siblings-in-law, Marcia Kemp, Shelley Kemp, Cindy, Mike Raby, Tom, Shawn Aylsworth, Jon and Paula Aylsworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Instead of flowers, Bill would have appreciated contributions in his memory to Corewell Health Hospice.
