She is survived by: her parents, Donald Koscielniak and Mary Koscielniak (Heslip); her husband Shawn Doane; her children, Nova, Sophia (Shawn), Aidan, Donovan, Quinn and Logan; her siblings, Paul Koscielniak (Jackie), Sarah Matchunis (Gus), Ann Koscielniak, David Koscielniak and Kate Koscielniak; her in-laws, Carl, Julie Kennel, Tom and Patti Doane; and her sister-in-law Molly Black (Travis). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Fund a Life & Bluebird Cancer Retreats.
