He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kvale and Frances Kvale; and his sister Susannah Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Susan; and his children, Valerie Long (John), Craig (Laura Keck) and Heidi Tigges (Todd). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
