He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norwood Oliver and Barbara Oliver; his siblings, Jack Oliver, Cathy Mott, James Oliver and Paul Oliver; his wife Kelly Oliver; his children, Nora Kochkodan (James) and Michael Oliver (Lindsey); and his grandchildren, Brooks Oliver, Jameson Oliver and Olivia Oliver.
