He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Tompkins and Jean Tompkins. He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Courtney (David) and Jeffrey (Allison); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Zoey, Weston, Finn, Evelyn and Elliott; and his siblings, Margo (William), Charles (Brooke), Joseph (Susan) and James (Amanda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
