He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Foote and Blanche Quinncannon Foote; and his sisters, Martha and Anne. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Foote of New York City, John Foote of Chaska and Daniel Foote of Grove City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
