She was predeceased by: her parents, Irma Brunner Ellsworth and Colin McK Ellsworth. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Tull (Christopher), Amy Hayes (Brian) and Danny Sylvester (Kristen); her grandchildren, Allison Fosket (Hunter), Nick Hayes, Natalie Hayes, Sam Tull, Lucy Tull, Kayla Sylvester, Sophia Sylvester, Roger Sylvester and Major Sylvester; her great grandchild Hank Fosket; her siblings, Barbara Crate (Jim), Margaret Curran (John), Colleen Kolar (Pat) and McKay Ellsworth (Mei); her cousin Mary Lou Dunipace; and her former husband Curt Sylvester. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and friends.
