We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Anne Marie Sylvester of Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irma Brunner Ellsworth and Colin McK Ellsworth. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Tull (Christopher), Amy Hayes (Brian) and Danny Sylvester (Kristen); her grandchildren, Allison Fosket (Hunter), Nick Hayes, Natalie Hayes, Sam Tull, Lucy Tull, Kayla Sylvester, Sophia Sylvester, Roger Sylvester and Major Sylvester; her great grandchild Hank Fosket; her siblings, Barbara Crate (Jim), Margaret Curran (John), Colleen Kolar (Pat) and McKay Ellsworth (Mei); her cousin Mary Lou Dunipace; and her former husband Curt Sylvester. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and friends.
The lying in state will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church (467 Fairford Rd, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
