It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Roy Drager (Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan), who passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Drager and Evelyn Drager (Dolly); his wife Ilene Danielson; and his brothers, Lawrence, Robert, William and Gerald.
He is survived by: his brother Roger Drager; and his children, Holly Manes (Ken), Bonnie Drager (Ron), Glen Drager (Theodora), Roy Drager (Marie) and Joy Iversen (Bill). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. H. Peters Funeral Home (20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A procession will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (11851 Van Dyke Ave, Detroit, MI 48234).
