We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2022 we had to say goodbye to George William VanWalleghem of Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his son Ian Van Walleghem. He is survived by : his wife Miriam; his son Dr. Paul S. Van Walleghem (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Sarah Van Walleghem and Stephen Van Walleghem; his daughter Anna Fleckenstein (Ross); and his grandchildren, Matthew Fleckenstein and Lauren Fleckenstein.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested a donation be made in George's name to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America at http://www.alzfdn.org.
