He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan West (Heidi), Daniel West (Yamin), Calvin Thomas (Genesis) and Willie Lewis (Arkisha); and his grandchildren, Ava, Niko, Benjamin, Asha, Xavier, Leyla, Carys, Juliana and Ezequiel. He is also survived by sons, daughters, brothers and sisters.
