He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean VanNatter and Janet VanNatter; and his sister Pamela VanNatter. He is survived by: his sons, Geoffrey VanNatter, Daniel VanNatter (Yasmenda) and Jonathan VanNatter (Courtney); and his grandchildren, Betsy, Molly, Cecily, Noah and Bennett.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul on the Lake Catholic Church (157 Lake Shore Rd, Grosse Pointe Farms, MI 48236).
