She is survived by: her children, James Cargas (Dorina) and Vicky Steensma (Brian); her granddaughters, Sophia Steensma and Zoe Helmi-Cargas; her godchildren, Nicholas Mighion and Denise Bittinger; her nephew James Kavalaris; and her cousin Connie Constant.
