It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Daniel Sullivan (Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on May 7, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elita Sullivan (Farley) and Ed "Cyclone" Sullivan. He is survived by: his son Bryan; his grandson Jake Kolk; his daughters, Chrissie Kolk and Kelley Hamilton; his wife Pat Sullivan; his children-in-law, Chad Hamilton, Jon Kolk and Ashley Sullivan; his grandchildren, Amanda, Alyssa, Addison Hamilton, Kaitlyn, Finnegan and Lucy Sullivan; and also Bryan Sullivan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to East Side Youth Sports Foundation or the Michigan Humane Society.
