He is survived by: his children, Matthew Polgar (Linda), Mary Beth Voelz (Bob), Susan Polgar and James Polgar; his grandchildren, Allison Burdett (Beau), Kathryn Polgar, Marcus Voelz, Michael Voelz, Brian Voelz and Erik Voelz; and his sister-in-law Elaine Polgar.
