He was predeceased by: his parents, John Haug and Antoinette Haug; his wife Patricia Jean Chew; his son Lawrence; his siblings, Louise, Mary and Bob; and his son-in-law Lee.
He is survived by: his daughters, Martha, Mary and Barbara; his grandchildren, Timothy and Karen (Kyle); his great grandchild Kinsley; and his siblings, Jacqueline, Carolyn and Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Episcopal Church (20475 Sunningdale Park, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236). Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. H. Peter's Funeral Home (20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crossroads of Michigan or the Parkinson's Foundation.
